Michelle's Christmas Quilt

Michelle made this Christmas wall hanging quilt for her niece as a present. It is a kit. She asked me to quilt it for her and then she finished it.

	This shows the detail quilting I added on the bow. I used gold metallic thread on the HQ16.
	Here you see a slightly further away shot with the HQ16 around the area being quilted.
	And this is the finished quilt after Michelle added the binding and rod pocket.

Here's what Michelle said when she received the quilted piece in the mail:

"I received the quilt today. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

"You did a magnificent job!!!!! When I finish binding it, I will take a picture of it for your Portfolio. I am SO PLEASED how BEAUTIFUL IT LOOKS!!!

Later, in other correspondence, Michelle wrote

"I gave the wreath quilt to my niece a few weeks ago. I thought she was going to cry! She just loved it. I really hated to give it away!!!!!"
