This sort of jumps to the middle. I put the five stripes together in long strips, then cut the triangles from them by alternating the cuts along the strips. This way I had half the triangles with the dark side in the middle or the light side in the middle. Then I attached them with the light pointed triangles to the light half squares and the dark pointed triangles to the dark half squares. This is a test of squares arrangements.
